Early
morning and evening is the best time to use
mantra for religious worship japa (repetition), for healing, to help
spiritual evolution, for purification, for making offerings and in
Mantra Yoga. Some procedure should be fallow at the time of
meditation.Comfortably sit in a quiet place. Close your eyes.
Silently or loudly start chanting the mantra. The mantra repeat with
full of faith, respect and awareness about its meaning and doing it
continue 20 minuets.
After that
stop chanting, be quiet and Keep sitting silently. Echoing the mantra
in your mind for some more time and feel in your mind what happens
inside you. You will feel a vision of peaceful and bliss. All thought
ability will start decreasing and eventually come to a stand still.
slowly begins to open your eyes and move out of the meditation.
Fallow this
way of meditation daily basis,leisurely you will start feeling a
problem free mind you will start experiencing a thought free mind - a
aspect of choice less awareness. Your self will be revealed preference
to you.The ratio between chanting and witnessing always should be
